My parent can't remember her password to login to Touchnet/IBOD. Can you reset the password?

No. We do not have the ability to reset an authorized user's password.  If the hint feature does not provide adequate assistance the only way to change the password is to have the student unauthorize the parent and then reauthorize them.  The parent will receive new Notification and Password emails providing the necessary information to login.
