Faculty & Staff Account Activation

• Before you can use your MyWashburn/MyWashburnTech account, you must:
  • Complete the Account Activation form which requires your AAC and Washburn Identification Number (WIN).
  • Set up security questions and answers in case you forget your password
  • Create an initial MyWashburn/MyWashburnTech password
• Activation codes are sent to new employees by Information Technology Services via intercampus mail or US postal mail.
• You can get your activation code at the following offices on campus:
  • Technology Support Center (Bennett 104)
  • Information Technology Services (Morgan 237)

Email Accounts

Email accounts are assigned by ITS after you have been entered into the system by the Admissions Office.

• There is one email account per individual.
• Accounts are NOT to be shared.
• Email account information is the same as MyWashburn account information.
• To retrieve initial account information, activate your account.
• If you forget your password, answer your security questions to retrieve it.
