To reach a 911 operator from a campus phone, you can dial 911 or 9-911.

When using a campus emergency phone, press the help button to speak to the campus police.
When using a campus house or courtesy phone, you do not need to dial 9 to get an outside line. You can dial 911 or 1153.
When dialing from a campus pay phone, you do not need coins to make a 911 call.
If you pick up a red phone on campus, it will automatically dial 911.
