Fax Lines and Machines

If your faxes are not transmitting, determine if you have a dial tone.  Then do the following:

• If you do not have a dial tone
  • Complete a service request form
  • Give us as much information possible, such as "faxes can be transmitted to you, but you cannot transmit outgoing faxes", etc.
• If you do have a dial tone
  • Contact a fax service company

If you are not certain if you have a dial tone at your fax machine, complete a service request form
