Operator-Assisted Calls

1. Local operator-assisted calls (1-411) have been deactivated.

2. Long-Distance operator-assisted calls may be made by doing the following:
   
   
   1. Dial 9-1-785-555-1212 (or the appropriate area code).
   2. Wait for the Resicom code tone and dial your long distance code.
      If you do not know your long distance code, visit with the head of your department.
   3. A Qwest operator (recording and then a live operator) will assist you.
   These calls are approximately $1.10 per call and will be charged to the department making the call.
