ITS provides video conferencing and satellite downlink services for faculty, staff & off-campus groups. We can assist you with connecting to multiple remote sites for videoconferencing or provide materials and conferences through a satellite downlink feed to various rooms on the campus.
Interactive
video conferencing is available for faculty, staff, and off-campus
groups. This technology provides two-way communication of audio, video,
and data between multiple locations, on or off campus. The facility
(Distance Learning Classroom) in Henderson room 9 accommodates 24 seats for
videoconferencing.
Fees apply to off-campus groups for this service:
$50/hr. educational use
$75/hr. non-educational use
Satellite conferencing is available for classes, groups, or departments on campus, in rooms ranging in size from 10-100. Advanced scheduling is required and some licensing costs may apply to receive the program.
