Educational Television

Overview

Washburn University Cable Television (WUCT), Channel 10, is an educational access channel licensed to Washburn University.  The channel provides educational programming to the campus and the Topeka community through Topeka’s Cox Communications cable television and runs 24/7.   

WUCT Programming:

• Washburn Mass Media student projects (class assignments)
• Washburn promotional videos and announcements
• Washburn sporting events (football, volleyball, basketball)
• Local weather information
• Deutsche Welle (German) news programs
• Some local high school student programs
