21st Annual Mountain/Plains Art Fair

When the first weekend of June rolls around, so does the Mulvane's annual Art Fair! In 2013, the open-air festivities will draw nearly 90 artists from across the country to display works in an array of media:

• Paintings
• Drawings
• Prints
• Photography
• Jewelry
• Fiber
• Glass
• Wood
• Bronze
• Steel
• Ceramics
• Textiles

Also in the line-up willl be a hands-on art station for kids - ArtLab Outside; tasty food and beverage offerings; and live music.

Saturday, June 1 - 10am to 5pm
Sunday, June 2 - 10am to 4pm

Washburn University campus, east of the Memorial Union

• $6 at the gate
• Free for children 12 and under!

2012 Award Winners

Stephanie Muñoz-O’Neil, Topeka, was awarded the Best of Show award; Angie Pickman, Lawrence, received the Best 2-Dimensional award; and William McReynolds, Udall, Kan. was awarded the Best 3-Dimensional award at the 20^th Annual Mulvane Art Museum’s Mountain/Plains Art Fair. Jurors Amanda Martin Hamon and Thomas Feulmer selected the award winners.
