An exhibit of work by the Washburn University Art Department students.
What
Works by 37 Washburn University students will be on exhibit. The show will open with a reception and awards ceremony for the artists Friday, April 1, from 5-8 pm.
The exhibit features 54 works in a variety of media including: painting, drawing, ceramics, photography, printmaking, sculpture, glass, graphic design and mixed media. Juror for the exhibit was Barbara O'Brien, Curator at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, Kansas City, MO.
Conversations: Connecting Art to Our Lives is scheduled for Tuesday, April 19, at 4pm at the Museum. Conversations events are free and open to the public.
