Jennifer Sourk was appointed to the Washburn University Board of Regents July 1, 2011 by Mayor William Bunten to represent the 18th state senatorial district. She is an aluma of Washburn University, earning a BA in Management in 2002, her J.D. in 2005, and her MBA in Business in 2008.
Sourk is currently an attorney in the Kansas State Insurance Commissioner's Office. She is a member of the Washburn Alumni Association, Fast Forward through the Topeka chamber of Commerce, and Junior League of Topeka.
Her term as a Regent is to expire June 30, 2015.
