There are four different apartment layouts in the Village
Washburn Village is the newest on-campus housing option for full-time students who are beyond their freshman year. The facility opened in 2004 and houses 192 students. There are four different apartment layouts in the Village, with the largest number of apartments offering either two person, two bedroom or four person, four bedroom occupancy. All Village residents are provided 24-hour laundry access and amenities such as study rooms, a public fireplace, vending machines and an outdoor patio space. Trivia: The area where Washburn Village sits was once part of a golf course for the use of Washburn faculty and students.
