Military Credit and Credit by Exam

Military Credit

If you have completed any military coursework and/or a documented Military experience via the following systems and would like to have it reviewed for potential credit, transcripts need to be submitted to Washburn as described below. Please be aware that the credit recommended by ACE does not guarantee the awarding of credit for that course or experience.

Military credit is subject to the same limitations as regular transfer credit i.e. technical credit limits and

no credit awarded for course duplications. For more information students should contact the Office of the University Registrar.

Your military credit and training records can be requested as follows:

They have been made aware of this issue and hopefully they will have a resolution soon. In the meantime, to access the website you will need to do the following:

  • Select the option to “Continue to this Website” which will bring up the page as it normally appears.
  • If you are prior Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, or Navy or do not have access to a Common Access Card (CAC) reader, then register for a JST account.
