DMS Admission Requirements

You MUST meet ALL of the following requirements to be eligible for consideration for the DMS program:

1. You must have completed a two year associates degree or a baccalaureate degree.  The major must be in health care with direct patient care.
   
   Examples include:
   
   • Radiology Technology (X-RAY)
   • Respiratory Therapy
   • Physical Therapy Assistant
   • Occupational Therapy Assistant
   • Nurse (LPN or higher)
   • Other degrees will be evaluated on an individual basis
2. You must have completed the following college level courses with a C or better:
   
   • Algebra, statistics, or higher mathematics course
   • General college-level physics and/or radiographic physics
   • Communication skills
   • Human anatomy and physiology
