Fall 2017 Events:

September 7, 8, 9, & 10: Washburn University Theatre is reviving their summer performance of Edward Albee's SEASCAPE. Performances on September 7, 8 & 9 are at 7:30 PM and September 10 at 2:00 PM in the Andrew J. and Georgia Neese Gray Theatre. Productions are free with WU ID and $8.00 for the public (cash only).

September 17: The Washburn Music department will be performing their Mosaic Concert on September 17 in White Concert Hall  at 3:00 PM. The concert is free to the public, but donations are always appreciated.

September 28, 29 & 30 and October 1: Washburn University Theatre will be performing Nick Payne's CONSTELLATIONS. Performances on September 28, 29 & 30 are at 7:30 PM and October 1 at 2:00 PM in the Andrew J. and Georgia Neese Gray Theatre. Productions are free with WU ID and $8.00 for the public (cash only).

October 30:  Washburn is hosting the STEM Educators Conference featuring multiple professional tracks and breakout sessions for teachers from elementary schools through middle and high school. Registration and all materials as well as a catered lunch, a reception at the end of the conference and reserved seating for the keynote speaker, Dr. Mae C. Jemison, the first female African-American astronaut and a leading voice in STEM education are covered by the $10.00 registration fee.

October 31: Women in Science Day hosted at Washburn University

November 9, 10, 11 & 12: Washburn University Theatre will be performing Alfred Jarry's Ubu Rex. Performances on November 9, 10 & 11 are at 7:30 PM and November 12 at 2:00 PM in the Andrew J. and Georgia Neese Gray Theatre. Productions are free with WU ID and $8.00 for the public (cash only).
