Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Biology

Requirements (updated July 8, 2016)

To earn a B.S. Degree in Environmental Biology, a student must satisfy the following:

  • University and General Education requirements
  • 44 credit hours in Biology
    • 23 credit hours of Environmental Biology core requirements, plus
    • 21 credit hours of Biology electives; as indicated below
    • 3 credit hours of a Quantitative Course; as indicated below
  • 30 credit hours of correlate courses in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics
  • 30-hour Natural Sciences minor (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Physics)
    • 20 hours must be in courses from one department other than Biology
