Attention Pre-Optometry Students!
Next Tuesday, Oct 2, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM or so, Ms. Sunnie Ewing,
the Director of Student Recruitment for Southern College of Optometry in
Memphis, TN, will be visiting Washburn. She will be located at a table
or two in the First Floor North Lobby of Stoffer Science Hall (just
outside ST 130).
If you are considering optometry school or still not sure what you want
to do in life, swing by to get some information and ask questions of
Sunnie.
We have had quite a few of our Biology alumni attend Southern College of
Optometry, which is one of the top schools in the country. A recent
Biology grad from WU, Lisa (Ille) Muiller, is currently attending
Southern College.
Hope that you can fit a little time into your schedule to meet Sunnie
and to learn more about the field of optometry and what it takes to get
into optometry school.
