This quote reflects the values of the leadership and communication professional development programs offered by Washburn University. Our programs strive to facilitate enhanced knowledge and skills for more effective leaders in the organization. The "Directions in Organizational Leadership" program focuses on awareness and skill development in the leadership orientations of relationships, task, and change. The program is appropriate for those in formal leadership positions as well as informal leaders or those striving to serve in that capacity. The "Executive Communication Skills" program targets leaders who want to improve their ability to communicate effectively with others.
