Payments, Refunds, and Fees
Accepted forms of payment:
- credit card
- purchase order (invoice)
Course fees shall be paid in full at the time of registration. Individuals are considered active registrants once payment has been received. Register Here.
Unless otherwise noted, a 15% late fee applies to registrations made less than two weeks prior to the program's start date.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not able to attend a course in which you are registered:
- Full refunds are available if a registration is cancelled on or before the listed late fee date.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the late fee date.
- Registrants may transfer to the same course scheduled at a later date within one year of the original course date. Transfers made after the late fee date are assessed an administrative fee of 15% on the standard course price.
- Registrants who fail to show for a course will not be transferred to another course.
- Substitutes may be sent at no additional cost.
Academic Outreach reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons deemed appropriate, in which case a full refund will be issued. Liability is for the registration fee only.
