Ethics in Victim Services

Ethical and moral dilemmas are inherent in all human service related fields. Victim services is faced with the challenge of developing codes of conduct and ethical standards to guide the members of its profession. With a strong emphasis on advocacy and service based value systems the need for clarification and understanding is paramount. This program examines some of the more pressing ethical problems in victim services and invites participants to examine the profession values inherent in the field.
