The online Partnership
for Learning and Networking (PLAN) is a collaborative set of 2+2 baccalaureate
degree completion programs developed by Washburn University to expand access to
higher education throughout Kansas and beyond.
Students may complete an associate’s degree at any of the partner community or
technical colleges and then a bachelor’s degree online from Washburn in just
two years without traveling to Topeka, moving, or changing jobs.
