Volunteer Team

The Leadership Challenge Event (LCE) Volunteer Team works to recruit community, campus, and student volunteers, develop and facilitate volunteer training, coordinate communication between the Leadership Institute and volunteers,

  • Utilize team members to recruit volunteers in the community, on campus, and within the Leadership Institute
  • Create and implement volunteer recruitment strategy
  • Schedule, plan, and coordinate training for volunteers
  • Create, design, print, and distribute volunteer training materials
