Team Leadership
As part of a LE 300 group change project, a team of five students teamed up with the Joe and Janet Aleshire Venture Grant Program to establish a program that provided funding to stimulate effective non-profit program development that addresses early childhood development. Specifically, this team set funding priorities, developed a Request for Proposal, reviewed budgets and program information of appilcants, collaborated on allocation decisions, and made allocation recommendations to the United Way Board of Directors.
