Scholarly Creative WTE projects

The most difficult thing about the Scholarly or Creative WTE is defining what it encompasses.  It encompasses research, literature reviews, art projects, musical compositions, theater production, and so much more.  In short, if it involves a creative, unique product of your brain, then it is a Scholarly or Creative project.

Here is just a small sample of the amazing projects that Scholarly or Creative WTE students have completed:

A group of students, all members of a band "Echo Lake," recorded a CD in a professional studio, with a professional audio technician and producer.

Numerous art exhibits and musical performances.

Wide range of research projects:

• Use of an Alpha-Galactosidase Assay to Examine Protein Interaction in Herpes Simplex Virus I
• Boosters, Free Staters, Bible Thumpers, and Others: Migration and Settlement in Kansas in the 1850s
• Is ADD/ ADHD Being Overdiagnosed or Misdiagnosed in the General Population?
• An empirical investigation of "No Child Left Behind"

The only limit to what can be accomplished with a Scholarly or Creative WTE is your imagination.
