SUBJECT: Administrative Personnel - Market/Equity Adjustment







DESCRIPTION:



Market/Equity salary adjustment for Dianne Graves, Research Assistant in the Department of Institutional Research, following a detailed review of position duties, skills, and responsibilities.







FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:



Upgrade position salary from $37,000 to $42,000 per annum with funding allocated from University contingency. Fiscal impact for remainder of fiscal year is $2,084.







RECOMMENDATION:



President Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the salary adjustment for Ms. Graves to an annual salary of $42,000.
