SUBJECT: Report of Faculty and Administrative Salary Adjustments

BACKGROUND: In November 2004, the Board authorized the President to make upward salary adjustments of up to 10% of the budgeted salary for administrative and faculty positions where appropriate and within total University budget and to report those adjustments at the next Board of Regents meeting.

DESCRIPTION: For the pay period ending December 31, 2004 the following adjustments were made:

Mark Kaufman Correct Clerical Error Increase $2,704 to $51,439 annual

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: Funding through reallocation of existing budget.

RECOMMENDATION: President Farley reports the salary modifications as noted and requests the Board receive this report.
