SUBJECT: Faculty/Staff Personnel Actions
DESCRIPTION: The following routine adjustments to specific salary lines must either be reported to the Board or approved by the Board. Funds for these positions were approved as part of the Budget. Funds to be transferred from one budgeted position to another.
Lecturer, Mathematics & Statistics
3-year phased retirement beginning 2006-07 and ending 2008-09 at half time every semester
Salary Savings will be used to cover required instruction.
Leave of Absence
Leave will be unpaid
Assistant Professor, School of Business
New Hire for FY 2007:
9 month tenure track. Completion of required degree by May 2007
Annual Salary of $82,800 adjusted to $92,000 upon completion of degree
New Hire for Spring 2006: 0.5 Lecturer renewable 9-month non tenure track appointment
Temporary funding from POS #000041 for $7,118, POS#000201 for $383 for Spring 2006
Permanent Funding for $15,000 from POS #000164 for 2006-07
Leave of Absence Spring 2006 for illness. Sufficient sick leave for all but 28 days of her academic contract for 2005-06. At that time she will be placed on unpaid leave.
Salary savings of approximately $11,500
Hire: Full-time non-renewable appointment for Spring 2006 semester only.
Temporary funding from POS#000201
To cover Dr. Field's extended illness
