SUBJECT: RECOMMENDATION FOR CHAIR OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE

DESCRIPTION:

Gerald Bayens, Associate Professor, has been serving as the Interim Chair of Criminal Justice since June 22, 2004. After receiving the recommendations of faculty members from Criminal Justice, Willie Dunlap, Dean of the School of Applied Studies, and Ron Wasserstein, Vice President for Academic Affairs,; it is requested to make Gerald Bayens, Chair of Criminal Justice.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

No change in salary.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends approval.
