DESCRIPTION:

Dr. JuliAnn Mazachek, president of the Washburn Endowment Association, requests an extension of her leave of absence from her position as tenured Associate Professor of Business for the 2003 - 2004 academic year.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Professor Mazachek's leave of absence would be unpaid.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends that the Board approve this extended leave of absence.
