SUBJECT: Personnel Action - Administrative Staff

DESCRIPTION:

Appointment of Carrie Werst, Nurse Practitioner. This is a reclassification of the current Licensed Practical Nurse position in Student Health services to enable the University to provide a more appropriate level of health care to the students.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Salary of $52,000 to come from the current $25,709 annual salary budgeted for the LPN position, as well as $7,346 from uncommitted salaries/wages in Health Services and $18,945 from the Student Life Program.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the appointment of Carrie Werst at an annual salary of $52,000.
