After consultation with the appointed and elected committees and the respective deans, the following people are recommended for tenure:

*In accordance with Article V, Section 6d, of the University Bylaws, because there were differing recommendations for some of the candidates, a complete list of recommendations at all levels is attached. Details of the recommendations and copies of the Tenure and/or Promotion petitions of the candidates are on file in the Academic Affairs Office.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Additional salaries for promotional increases have been included in the fiscal year 2003-2004 budget.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends approval of the awarding of the above faculty promotion and tenure.
