SUBJECT: PATIO AND ADA ACCESS AT 3130 SHADOW LANE

DESCRIPTION: Installation and construction of ADA access and brick patio at 3130 Shadow Lane to better utilize the east lawn of the residence for corresponding University activities. This improvement will modify the residence to be ADA accessible without the need for constructing temporary modifications to accommodate persons with disabilities. The paving texture will complement the existing brick pavement of the house and also provide better access to the underutilized east lawn. This hardscape will provide the base for future plant materials, small water sculpture and other garden type amenities to the residence.
