SUBJECT: Faculty Personnel

DESCRIPTION:

Hire Sarah Ubel on a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track contract as an Instructor in the Communication Department effective August 1, 2003.

Hire Suellen Wolfe on a full-time, 9-month, non-renewable contract as a Visiting Associate Professor of Law effective August 1, 2003.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Sarah Ubel's annual salary will be $40,008 from position number 000048 ($30,000 from position number 000048, $8,000 from Communication Department Other Salaries, and $2,000 from College of Arts and Sciences Other Salaries).

Suellen Wolfe's annual salary will be $100,944 from position number 000277 ($62,940 from position number 000277 and $38,004 from position number 000281).

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends that the Board approve this faculty personnel request.
