SUBJECT: Faculty and Academic and Administrative Staff Changes

DESCRIPTION:

Due to the delay in budget preparation and approval for FY 2005, several personnel changes require approval by the Board of Regents to be effective July 1, 2004 (staff) or August 1, 2004 (faculty). These personnel actions are detailed on the attachments to this agenda item.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

The Board of Regents approved a continuation of the FY 2004 budget into FY 2005 until such time as the FY 2005 budget can be developed and approved by the Regents. The actions requested are reallocations of funds within the total budget for FY 2004 previously approved by the Board.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the personnel actions detailed in the attachments to this agenda item (Attachment 1)
