SUBJECT: Personnel Action - Administrative Staff

DESCRIPTION:

Appointment of Melodie Christal as Director of Institutional Research. Additional salary dollars are needed to fill position at a more appropriate compensation level.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Salary of $56,004 to come from the current $52,524 annual salary budgeted for the position, as well as $3,480 from uncommitted salaries/wages within the Office of Institutional Research.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the appointment of Melodie Christal.
