SUBJECT: Water Feature at 17th and Washburn Avenue.
DESCRIPTION: On June 18, 2003, the Board of Regents approved an expenditure of not to exceed $100,000 for the installation of a water feature on the north east corner of Campus.
Proposals were solicited for this feature with four proposals being returned for evaluation as follows:

INFORMATION ONLY:
Bids were within the parameters of the Board's approval on June 18. A contract has been issued to the low bidder, Topeka Landscape, for the bid amount with maintenance. Subsequently, a review of and modifications to the artistic qualities of the design was conducted and approved.
