SUBJECT: Permission to designate Dr. Mary Alice Hines Professor Emeritus.





DESCRIPTION:



The WU School of Business seeks to achieve its mission of providing "a high quality business education, supported by research and service activities, that enhances the economic vitality of the region." Dr. Mary Alice Hines has strived to complete this mission.

  • Twenty-three years of service to Washburn University as a Professor

  • Entitled the Clarence W King Chair in Real Estate and Finance

  • Authorship of 52 International and US oriented books and monographs

  • Publication record of 107 refereed, commissioned, and other professional articles, and 4 major textbooks

    RECOMMENDATION:



    President Farley recommends Mary Alice Hines as Professor Emeritus.
