SUBJECT: FACULTY LEAVE OF ABSENCE

DESCRIPTION:

JuliAnn Mazachek, President, Washburn Endowment Association, requests a two-year extension of her leave of absence from her position as a tenured Associate Professor of Business. The leave would be for the academic years 2006-07 and 2007-08.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Dr. Mazacheck's leave of absence will be unpaid.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends the Board approve this request.
