DESCRIPTION:
The following change orders, which modify the contract of the contractor, are recommended.
General Contract - McPherson Contractors, Inc.
2. PCO-40: Miscellaneous work to ballroom kitchen/servery wall. Net increase: $3,883.00
3. PCO-42: Extend porcelain tile at C-Store entrance. Net increase $410.00
Net contract change: Increase: $4,293.00
No change contract completion date - February 28, 2002
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Net increase in project cost of $4,293.00. Total commitment from contingency including this request is $103,625, leaving a $276,028 contingency balance.
RECOMMENDATION:
President Farley recommends approval of the change orders by the Board of Regents.
