SUBJECT: Faculty Personnel

DESCRIPTION:

Change Marie Mack, Law Library, from an administrative contract to a faculty contract effective March 1, 2000. Her title would change from Evening Circulation Manager to Assistant Circulation/Legal Reference Librarian. She recently received her Master of Library Science degree from Emporia State's Graduate School of Library and Information Studies which along with her J.D. degree qualifies her for this change.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Salary increased from $28,740 to $33,720 for 1999-2000, actual salary for 1999-2000 academic year is $30,400. The additional $1,660 needed for March 1, 2000 through June 30, 2000 will come from 32500, Other Salaries, School of Law.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends that the Board approve this faculty personnel request .
