BOARD OF REGENTS
MINUTES
March 20, 1996

I. Chairperson Roth called the meeting of the Board of Regents to order at 7:34 a.m. in
the Cottonwood Room of the Memorial Union.
II. Present were: Mr. Dick, Mr. Ferrell, Mr. Felker, Mr. Maag, Mrs. Parks and Mr. Roth.
III. It was moved and seconded to recess to Executive Session for a period of one (1)
hour and to reconvene in open session in the Cottonwood Room at 8:35 a.m. Motion
passed unanimously. The Board recessed to Executive Session at 7:35 a.m.
Mrs. Porter and Mr. Kimbrough joined the meeting in progress via telephone conference
call at 7:35 a.m.
The Board reconvened in open session at 8:33 a.m. It was noted that the Board had
been in Executive Session for personnel matters for a period of 58 minutes and that
no action has been taken.
It was moved and seconded to adjourn. The Board of Regents adjourned at 8:34 a.m.
