SUBJECT:
Change Order G1 - Living Learning Center.
DESCRIPTION:
The bid document states that the university will reimburse the general contractor for payment of the building permit fee. It was done that way to avoid having the contractor guess at the amount to include in the bid in the case of three prime contractors.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
$75,025.00 from contingency funds for the project.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of change order #G1 to pay McPherson Contractors $75,025.00 for reimbursement of the building permit fee.
