SUBJECT: Law School Asbestos Abatement, Project No. P-0020

Bids were received on April 18, 2000 for a project to remove and replace the asbestos fireproofing with environmentally safe fireproofing in portions of the first and second floors of the Law School. This project was included as part of the FY 99-00 Capital Improvement Budget and is to provide a safe area above the ceilings for maintenance and construction workers.
