SUBJECT: Faculty Personnel

DESCRIPTION:

Professor Richard Lavoie, School of Law, requests a leave of absence for the 2002-2003 academic year to be a Visiting Professor at Northwestern University School of Law. Northwestern University will provide for Professor Lavoie's salary and fringe benefits directly to Professor Lavoie.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

None.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends that the Board of Regents approve the above faculty personnel leave of absence.
