Purchase of AS/400 model 720 upgrade for Administrative Data Processing.
Requests for bids were sent to three suppliers, with the following responses:

Mission, Kansas
Computer Products Corporation No Response
Boulder, Colorado
World Data Products No Response
Minnetonka, Minnesota
ProActive Solutions is the only bidder and has met all bid specifications.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Funds are budgeted for this purchase in the Capital Equipment account 03-00303. The total cost will be within the approved budget.
RECOMMENDATION:
President Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the bid from ProActive Solutions for $33,036.00.
