Purchase of forty netstations and monitors.

Requests for bids were sent to the following companies to purchase an initial order of forty netstations, with the bid being good for additional purchases during the entire fiscal year 99-2000. Responses were received from two companies

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Funds are budgeted for this purchase in the Building and Construction Fund account 03-00303. The bid price is $55,800.00. The cost is within the approved budget.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Jerry Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the responsive bid from Icon Office Solutions for $55,800.00.
