SUBJECT: Personnel Actions - Administrative Staff

DESCRIPTION:

Appointment of Karmen Byers to the new position Assistant Athletic Director for External Relations at an annual salary of $35,004.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

This is a new position being created by moving a half-time classified position and funding (59700-33-7, Ticket Manager, $10,500) to administrative service, increasing the FTE to 1.0 and funding the additional $24,504 by a transfer of that amount from Agency Account 81060 to General Fund Miscellaneous Revenue.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the appointment of Ms. Byers at an annual salary of $35,004.
