SUBJECT: KTWU Tower Lease

DESCRIPTION:

Commerce Bank & Trust has contacted KTWU-TV seeking to lease space on the new tower being completed. The bank will be using the site for transmission of information between its various branch banks in the area. The administration has negotiated a lease with a five year term at a monthly rental rate of $500. The lease agreement is in the same form as the two others which have been previously authorized by the Board.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends the Board of Regents authorize the administration to enter into a tower lease agreement with Commerce bank & Trust as outlined.
