DESCRIPTION:
Promotion of Caroline Fox to Academic Advisor, Center for Learning and Student Success, at an annual rate of $28,908. Current budget is $28,788. Additional salary dollars are needed to make the salary more competitive.
Appointment of Jason Edwards as Career Services Specialist, Center for learning and Student Success, at an annual rate of $27,588. Current budget is $27,288. Additional salary dollars are needed to make the salary more competitive.
Appointment of Andrea Gilchrist in the position of Admissions Counselor, at an annual rate of $23,508. Current budget is $23,484. Additional salary dollars needed to fill position at a more competitive level.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Additional $420 transferred from Other Salaries, CLASS.
Additional $24 transferred from Other Salaries, Admissions.
RECOMMENDATION:
President Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the appointment of Ms. Fox at an annual salary of $28,908, the appointment of Mr. Edwards at an annual salary of $27,588, and the appointment of Ms. Gilchrist at an annual salary of $23,508.
