Appointment of Marion L. Ragar, CPM as Purchasing Manager at annual salary of $42,000. Current budget is $34,116. Additional salary dollars are needed to fill position at more appropriate experience and compensation level.

Additional $7,884 transferred from 63000-36-0 Uncommitted Salaries/Wages.
RECOMMENDATION:
President Farley recommends the Board of Regents ratify the appointment of Mr. Ragar at an annual salary of $42,000.
