I. Call to Order

Chairperson Engel called the meeting of the Board of Regents to order at 9:08 a.m. in Room 204 of Morgan Hall.

II. Roll Call

Present were: Regents Blair, *Dick, Engel, Etzel, Parks and *Roth.

* Participated via telephone conference call.

Chairperson Engel indicated the purpose of the meeting was to consider acceptance of a gift and that the stadium be named as the donor has suggested.

There followed a discussion concerning the Washburn Endowment Association gift guidelines and their application to this gift.

* Regent Wynn joined the telephone conference call at 9:13 a.m. and Regent Felker at 9:20 a.m.

It was moved and seconded to accept the gift from the Washburn Endowment Association and to name the stadium Yager Stadium. Motion passed unanimously.

There being no further business, Chairperson Engel declared the meeting adjourned at 9:46 a.m.
